For those with "wonky" schedules that are constantly changing, or those just not ready for a class setting! Private sessions are also a great opportunity to explore a little deeper with your practice, or possibly move on to the Intermediate Series of Ashtanga yoga. Sessions will be at my home studio in Cary.

Stacy Ingham teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the tradition of the late Sri K Pattabhi Jois, and the Moon Sequence from Matthew Sweeney's Vinyasa Krama. Ashtanga Yoga of Cary (AYC) encompasses classes Stacy teaches at studios in Cary and Apex, NC. A variety of classes are available from introductory/led classes to a fully accessible Mysore program open to all levels and abilities. Ashtanga Yoga for Beginners
Ashtanga Yoga Level I for Beginners :
When: Wednesdays beginning February 3, 2010; 6:30-7:45pm
Where: Ashtanga Yoga of Cary - 207 Joseph Pond Lane, Cary, NC
Cost: $15 per class (passcards available)

This Level I class is great for beginners to yoga and those with some experience. We will explore the foundations of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga: Synchronizing breath and movement, and learning the basic poses of this traditional practice.
Try to arrive a few minutes early to settle in, and wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.
