Hi all - I've been
busy scheduling the upcoming Moon Sequence classes and a couple of
workshops for the next month or so - trying to balance teaching and
practicing yoga along with household and community responsibilities.
Below are some highlights of what is coming up - the calendar on the right is up to date with the complete schedule.
And be sure to check back to the blog later this week with a new post
about Balance in Practice. You can also friend me on Facebook and like
my page (Ashtanga Yoga of Cary) to stay updated instantly. Hope to see
you soon!
Full Moon on the Pond - Saturday, September 29, 10:30am-12:00pm at AYC; donations only.
This Saturday is
the next full moon, and it also happens to be the weekend that I'll be
in a workshop with Eddie Stern at Ride the Breath in Durham. Since I'll
be practicing with Eddie till around 9:30, I'm pushing my regular
Saturday Mysore back to 10:30am and changing it up to Guided Moon
Sequence in honor of the full moon on the horizon. If you haven't had a
chance to try this practice, this is your chance. Accessible to all
levels of student, this practice will leave you relaxed and energized
for the weekend to come. Contact me to reserve a space - 919-880-9409 or inghamsk@gmail.com
