It's Mysore Intensive time again! July 11-15, 6:30-8:30am at AYC (my home studio in Cary). I promised I'd offer the 5-Day Mysore Intensive again in July for those that enjoyed the one in April, and for those that missed it. For those with little or lots of experience with Ashtanga yoga, this is a great opportunity to deepen and renew your practice. The Mysore format is self-paced, so if you are just learning the sequence, or have always attended guided classes, this week is your opportunity to really establish the practice in your mind and body. For those with experience in a Mysore setting, this is a great way to jump-start your practice for Summer, and perhaps begin to go a little deeper. For those interested in learning the Moon Sequence, that is also an option for the week.
