March Updates

Spring is just around the corner, and I don't know about you, but I've been so inspired by the few days sprinkled in lately of beautiful weather, trees beginning to bloom, and birds chirping optimistically! I hope some of the upcoming offerings will inspire you and help your practice blossom this Spring:

Annie Pace is coming to Durham very soon!
Annie will be hosted by Ride the Breath March 11-13. This is a great weekend for those interested in learning more about Ashtanga yoga traditions. Check out the details at www.ridethebreath.com

Moon at the Blue - Friday March 18, 6-8:30pm www.bluelotusnc.com :
I know is says on the schedule that every first Friday will be Moon at the Blue, but things keep coming up! So for March, we'll do it on the 3rd Friday - which will work out well since there will be a Full Moon on March 19. Come flow with the energy of the Moon!

Ashtanga Guided Practice - Saturday, March 26, 12:30-2pm; Blue Lotus in Raleigh:
We had such a great turnout for the Blue Anniversary weekend, I thought I'd offer another Saturday afternoon practice. Bring a friend who's been wanting to try Ashtanga! All levels welcome!

5-day Mysore Intensive - April 4-8, 6-8am at Ashtanga Yoga of Cary:
For those with little or lots of experience with Ashtanga yoga, this is a great opportunity to deepen and renew your practice. The Mysore format is self-paced, so if you are just learning the sequence, or have always attended guided classes, this week is your opportunity to really establish the practice in you mind and body. For those with experience in a Mysore setting, this is a great way to jump-start your practice for spring, and perhaps begin to go a little deeper. For those interested in learning the Moon Sequence, that is also an option for the week. Attend a guided Ashtanga or Moon class the previous/following Sunday, April 3/10, at Evolve Movement/Namste in Cary to complete your week! http://evolvemovement.com
Cost: $75; Contact me to reserve your space! Inghamsk@gmail.com or 919-880-9409

Coming in August - Matthew Sweeney at Ride the Breath:
